Instructions: - make sure to never alter the blue fields those auto calculate
1. Print out the "Print and Take" spread sheet by clicking the "Print and Take" tab at the bottom and print it.
2. Write in the items you would like to track
3. Go to two different stores and write down the price of each
4. Enter the item name and prices into the "Enter in Prices" spreadsheet from each store
5. The spreadsheet will automatically figure out the average and percentage off
6. Start tracking sales in your area - enter sale 1, sale 2, sale 3 as you see them
7. Buy price is average of 3 best sales - make sure to keep track of the lowest sale prices
IF YOU ARE USING THE COUPON VERSION
8. Add the price of the best coupon available in the Coupon column
9. Calculate the price with the best coupon - this should be the single best price you can get it for!

This was the best way I could come up with to add coupons - I am really open to suggestions!

For an older Excel, you may need a converter. Get them here if you need it

Hey Sheri thanks a million for this spreadsheet!!! :D
I asked if it would help to change store 1 and store 2 names to the names of stores we got the prices at, (Target, Walmart, etc.)
Also mentioned a section maybe for those of us who use coupons or something to that extent?

Thanks again!! :D
